Style of Play

A successful style of play involves an aggressive offense and defense, with a focus on full court tactics that exploit individual matchups. This is executed through an organized system of preparation, training, and application.

Offensive principles provide multiple looks through a combination of sets and motion concepts that support a balanced inside-out attack and high percentage shots.

With the deployment of multiple half-court and full-court defensive schemes, my teams can aggravate the opponent’s weaknesses. The mixture of hard line pressure, denial, and unequal surprise defense is rewarded with easy transition baskets that motivate everyone involved.

From year to year, my style of play and system is similar; however, play calling will change. Flexibility is a key component in how I prepare player-personnel, team goals, and game strategies for competition.
